Howard State School believes that the first year of schooling is vital. Our Get Set for Prep aims to provide parents and children with the best possible start to school. All parents and carers of Prep students are encouraged to participate in our Get Set for Prep program.
What is Get Set for Prep?
Get Set for Prep is a series of fun, engaging and interactive session with our caring Prep staff in our Prep classroom. Children, parents and staff use meaningful learning experiences to begin to create a sense of belonging and ownership. Get Set for Prep session occur each year in term 3 and 4.

Reading this book with your child will help them build their knowledge, understanding and confidence about what to expect when at Prep at Howard SS.
